Abstracts registration: June 15, 2015 
(extended deadline)

Confirmation of acceptance: July 10, 2015

Full paper deadline: September 1, 2015

Conference fees


Early bird fee €200 for payments made until 1 August, 2015 (extended deadline)

Regular conference fee €250 for payments made until August 31, 2015

 

There are a limited number of fee weavers – 50% off the regular conference fee (125 Euro) — for PhD students. The fee weavers are offered on competitive basis. Please contact the conference chair dr. Patrick Quinn.

The registration fee includes congress materials, coffee breaks, congress lunches and congress gala dinner.

Cancellation Policy for Conference Participation

Cancellation of registration should be requested in writing by email to l.papaevangelou@erasmus.gr. For every written cancellation received before or on August 31, 2015, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted.
