Workshop: Meaningful Work at ICSR Berlin

About the workshop

Sustainability has great potential for creating meaningful work and meaningful student education, but it does not automatically do so. To promote Sustainability, organisations often move too quickly move from purpose to systems, and forget how every employee connects (or not) their own heart, task and job to  sustainability. In this workshop, we use a research based, extensively practice tested, tool, called “The Map of Meaning to embed sustainability. The Map of Meaning helps to take meaning out of the personal and subjective domain and legitimises speaking about meaning in the public domain in ways that are constructive, safe and inclusive of diverse world views.

The workshop will take place on Friday, 29th of September 2017, in Room C355, between 13.00 – 14.30.
